What this covers

This notice describes the sweetspot.red marketing site, the waitlist form, and personal data processing in the Sweet Spot mobile app. The app Settings screen links here.

Data on the site

• Waitlist: name, email, whether you are in a relationship, locale, form source, timestamp.
• Security: Turnstile; the IP is stored only as a short hash, not in the raw form.
• Typing teaser and This or That answers are not sent to the server; they stay in your browser.

In the app

Game content lives on device and, for couple/party sessions, in the cloud only as needed to run the game. Analytics payloads do not write couple or user identifiers. Account and license records run through the store / payment provider.

Purpose and legal basis

Waitlist: beta news and product contact (legitimate interest / consent). Security: abuse reduction. Legal duty: requests, disputes, retention.

Sharing

Infrastructure runs on Cloudflare (hosting, D1, Turnstile, optional cookieless Web Analytics). There is no email ESP and no ad pixel. The waitlist is not sold.

Retention, rights, deletion

Waitlist rows stay until beta closes or you ask us to delete them. Write to hello@sweetspot.red for access, correction, deletion, or objection (KVKK art. 11 / GDPR arts. 15–21). The same channel is the data deletion request path.

Cookies

No marketing cookies. Turnstile uses Cloudflare’s bot challenge. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it runs without cookies.
