This page is the legal hub for the Sweet Spot marketing site (sweetspot.red) and the mobile app. The document pack names the same legal entity as the imprint on tadisyon.com and lodos.org. Sweet Spot does not sell physical goods on the site, so shipping, a 14-day distance-selling return, or printed invoice delivery are not part of this pack. In-app purchases follow store terms.

1. Company imprint

Sweet Spot is a product brand of Lodos, not a separate trade name. The controller, seller and service provider is the legal entity above.

2. Document index

The texts below are read together. If they conflict, the more specific rule prevails over the general one.

• Privacy Policy and KVKK notice — what data is processed and why, retention, international transfers, cookies, KVKK article 11 rights, and the 30-day application path. The store data-deletion URL is this document.
• Terms of Use — scope of the Service, waitlist and beta, acceptable use, intellectual property, limitation of liability, force majeure, governing law (Republic of Türkiye) and venue (Denizli).
• Beta Participation Note — for closed-beta testers: test build, how test data and feedback are handled, the time-limited Premium gift, and how to leave the test.
• Support, KVKK requests, and account / waitlist deletion: hello@sweetspot.red or iletisim@lodos.org.

3. Store forms and deletion

Privacy-policy and account-deletion links on Apple and Google data-safety forms point at the privacy page. A deletion request can also be opened by email; we may ask you to confirm identity. In the app, Settings > “Delete my data” sends the request directly. Requests are completed within 30 days. Financial records the law requires us to keep are deleted when that period ends; in shared couple records only your personal details are deleted and your partner’s entries stay with them; the consent log is kept for the consent period + 3 years as proof. We state the reason for any limit. Detail is in the privacy text.

4. Marks and third-party names

The Sweet Spot name, logo, decks, prompts and site art belong to Lodos or are licensed to it. Unauthorised commercial use is forbidden. Apple, Google, Cloudflare, Firebase, RevenueCat, Instagram, TikTok, X and similar names belong to their owners; mentioning them is not a claim of sponsorship or partnership.

5. Product notices

Sweet Spot is not a dating, flirt or matching app. It is a game designed to get people talking at the same table, with empathy.

The typing teaser and the in-app spectrum are entertainment and a conversation hook. They are not a clinical diagnosis, a psychological test, an expert endorsement or a scientific report. A result should not be read as a compatibility percentage. Decisions about your relationship — including whether to talk to a qualified professional — are yours.

In a crisis or an immediate safety situation the app is not a helpline. In Türkiye, 112 is the emergency number; 182 (Alo Sosyal Destek) is a public emotional-support line. The app Settings screen also lists crisis helplines.

6. Other products of the same company

Lodos also ships tadisyon.com (restaurant software) and lodos.org (physical games). Distance-selling, shipping and return texts on those sites belong to those products; they do not carry over to the Sweet Spot waitlist or the mobile game.

7. Contact

General questions and legal notices go to the address and emails in the imprint. An electronic notice may be treated as delivered when sent to the email we have on file.
