Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026. Effective: 30 October 2026. These Terms of Use (the “Agreement”), together with the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice and the Legal Information page, are the entire agreement between the parties.

1. Parties and definitions

This Agreement is entered into electronically between Lodos Eğlence ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Lodos”, “provider”, “we”) and the natural person who visits, joins or uses the sweetspot.red site, the waitlist form or the Sweet Spot mobile app (“you”, “user”).

• Site: the marketing site on sweetspot.red and its paths, including the typing teaser, This or That, and First Bite.
• App: the mobile conversation game published as Sweet Spot, and the cloud sessions tied to it.
• Service: the Site, waitlist and App together.
• Waitlist: the pre-launch list that collects name, email and whether you are in a relationship, for beta news.

By entering the Site, joining the waitlist, installing the App or using the Service, you state that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the Service.

2. Scope — what this is and is not

Sweet Spot is a conversation game for couples and friends: a card drops, a guess stays hidden, the cards open, and the talk belongs to the people at the table. The app does not impose a score.

Lodos does not promise, and the Service is none of, the following:

• dating, flirting, matching or marriage brokerage;
• psychological counselling, therapy, clinical assessment or a health service;
• a scientific report, diagnosis, expert endorsement or match guarantee from the typing teaser or in-app spectrum;
• uninterrupted, error-free service, or a guaranteed store-launch date.

The 30-prompt typing teaser, the 6-round This or That, and the 5-card First Bite are hooks into the full app experience. Results stay in the browser and are not a compatibility percentage. Maintenance windows, infrastructure outages or your own connection may pause the Service.

The Service is for people aged 13 and over; children under 13 may not use it. Users aged 13–18 may use the app, but adult content (sexuality, kissing and touch tasks, alcohol) is not shown to them and cannot be turned on in Settings. If you are under 18, make in-app purchases only with the consent of a parent or guardian. If we learn an age statement is false, access may be restricted and the related record may be deleted.

3. Account, accuracy and security

You warrant that information you give on the waitlist and support channels is true and current. You may not use another person’s email, name or account. You are responsible for the security of your store account and device.

If you notice suspected or unauthorised access, write without delay to hello@sweetspot.red. Lodos may temporarily suspend a waitlist row or an app session if a security incident is suspected.

4. Waitlist and beta

Joining the list is not a promise of store launch, a feature set, an invite quota or a date. Invites may be limited, queued, or never sent. Beta is provided as-is; content, rules and availability may change without prior notice.

Personal data on the waitlist is processed under the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice. To leave the list or delete the row, write on the same channel.

If you join the closed beta (Google Play closed testing), the Beta Participation Note also applies: the test build may contain bugs and your data may be lost; the Premium gift for testers is free and time-limited, and its length and how it ends are stated when it is given. You can leave the test at any time. If the Beta Participation Note and this Agreement conflict, the Beta Participation Note applies during the beta.

5. In-app purchases

The Site does not sell a paid product and there is no physical delivery. In-app purchases (subscription, trial, gift licence and similar) follow Apple App Store, Google Play and the relevant store terms. Payment, invoice, cancellation and refund requests run first through your store account. Lodos is not required to refund from its own till a fee the store collected; mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

Licence state may be checked through RevenueCat and store accounts. Card numbers are not stored on Sweet Spot servers.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only in line with applicable law and this Agreement. In particular you must not:

• spam the waitlist form, auto-fill it, or abuse honeypot fields;
• try to bypass Turnstile or other security layers;
• submit another person’s email or identity;
• use bots, scrapers or similar automation that disrupt or overload the Service;
• access source code without permission, reverse-engineer, or attempt exploits;
• upload hate, threats, harassment, unlawful content, or material that infringes someone else’s intellectual property, or send it to your partner or party-room players through shared spaces such as notes, messages or memories;
• market or present the Service as a dating or flirt platform.

On a serious breach, Lodos may cut access before notice.

7. Intellectual property and feedback

The Sweet Spot name, logo, interface, decks, prompts, art, copy and software belong to Lodos Eğlence ve Teknoloji Limited Şirketi or are licensed to it. This Agreement is not a transfer of title; it only grants you a limited, non-exclusive permission to use the Service for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, reproduction, communication to the public or derivative works without permission are forbidden.

Apple, Google, Cloudflare, RevenueCat and similar third-party marks belong to their owners. Bug reports, suggestions or improvements you send may be used, developed and commercialised by Lodos without a fee or attribution.

8. Limitation of liability and force majeure

The Site, waitlist and beta are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Lodos disclaims implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mandatory consumer rights stay intact; this section does not narrow them.

Except where the law requires otherwise, Lodos is not liable for lost profit, lost data, reputational harm, or indirect damage arising from conversation outcomes or from a “typing” result. The teaser is not a diagnosis; decisions about your relationship are yours.

Internet or power cuts, and faults in Cloudflare / Google / store infrastructure, are not under Lodos’s direct control; we notify with reasonable effort.

Force majeure

Lodos is not liable if the Service cannot be provided or is delayed because of earthquake, flood, epidemic, war, terror, a general infrastructure outage, a cyber attack, an official order, or a similar extraordinary event beyond Lodos’s reasonable control. If the event lasts more than thirty days, either party may end this Agreement by notice.

9. Changes

Lodos may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes are announced on the Site and, if you are on the waitlist, to the email on file at least fourteen days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the announcement counts as acceptance of the new text. If you do not accept it, stop using the Service and open a waitlist deletion request.

10. Assignment

Lodos may assign rights and duties under this Agreement to a third party without your further consent if the company is sold, merged, acquired or restructured. You may not assign this Agreement without Lodos’s prior written consent.

11. Governing law and venue

Disputes arising from this Agreement are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The parties accept the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Denizli. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protections in Law No. 6502 and, within the monetary limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and consumer courts remain available. This section does not override mandatory venue rules at your place of residence.

If a provision is held invalid, the rest of the Agreement still stands; the invalid provision is deemed replaced by the valid term closest to the parties’ aim.
